Uses of Kalonji ( Black seed Oil ) Oil – Cold pressed:- Kalonji or Kalonji oil is a boon for all diseases of the human body if it is extracted in a pure way. This oil is used for human body diseases such as type-2 diabetes, epilepsy, high blood pressure, asthma, ear inflammation, deafness, paralysis, arthritis, joint pain, all diseases of the eyes, acne, constipation, anemia, sleep disorders, headache, It is very beneficial medicine in all diseases like colic.

How to take :-

High blood pressure

Consumption of 100 or 200 mg Kalonji extract twice a day reduces blood pressure in hypertensive patients.

Asthma:-

Boiling Kalonji in water and drinking its extract has a very good effect in asthma.

Blood pressure:- mixing half a teaspoon of fennel oil in a cup of hot water and drinking it twice a day keeps blood pressure normal. And after mixing 28 ml olive oil and one spoon fennel oil, massage the whole body and stay in the sun for half an hour, it provides relief in blood pressure. This action should be done every third day for a month.

Baldness:-

Mixing burnt fennel in hair oil and massaging it on the scalp regularly, removes baldness and makes hair grow.

Skin disorders :-

Mixing the powder of Kalonji with coconut oil and massaging it on the skin ends skin disorders.

Nightmares:-

If semen comes out on its own in sleep at night, then mix half a teaspoon of Kalonji oil in a cup of apple juice and consume it twice a day. This removes the nightmares.

Mixing four drops of Kalonji oil with one spoon of coconut oil every day and applying it on the head while sleeping, it cures the disease of dream defects. Do not consume lemon during treatment.

Paralysis:-

Taking one-fourth teaspoon of fennel oil with a cup of milk daily for a few months and massaging the affected parts with fennel oil cures paralysis.

Cold and cough:- By smelting the seeds of fennel and wrapping it in a cloth and dripping equal quantity of fennel oil and olive oil in the nose, cold and cold ends. Boil half a teaspoon of fennel oil and a quarter teaspoon of olive oil in half a cup of water, until the water runs out and only oil remains. After this filter it and put 2 drops in the nose. It cures cold and flu. It is also beneficial for chronic cold.

Stomach worms:-

Grind 10 grams fennel seeds with 3 spoons of honey and take it regularly for a few days at bedtime, it destroys stomach worms.

Polio:- Mix one teaspoon honey and half teaspoon fennel oil in half a cup of warm water and take it on an empty stomach in the morning and at bedtime. It cures polio disease.

Acne:-

Grind fennel in vinegar and apply it all over the face at night while sleeping and by cleaning the face with water in the morning, acne gets cured within a few days.

Energy:-

Laziness and fatigue are removed by taking half a teaspoon of fennel oil mixed with orange juice for revitalization.

joint pain:-

Mixing one spoon of vinegar, half spoon of fennel oil and two spoons of honey, taking it on an empty stomach in the morning and at bedtime ends joint pain.

All eye diseases Problam:-

Redness of eyes, cataract, watery eyes, loss of eyesight etc. In such eye diseases, mix one cup of carrot juice, half a teaspoon of fennel oil and two teaspoons of honey and consume it twice a day. It cures all diseases of the eyes. Apply fennel oil around the eyes and on the eyelids at night while sleeping. This ends the diseases of the eyes. The patient should not eat pickle, brinjal, egg and fish.

Constipation:- Sugar 5 grams, Sonamukhi 4 grams, 1 glass of warm milk and half a teaspoon of fennel oil. Constipation is destroyed by mixing all these together and drinking it at bedtime.

Anaemia:- Boil 50 grams of green mint in a cup of water and mix half a teaspoon of fennel oil in this water and consume it on an empty stomach in the morning and at bedtime. With this, anemia is removed in 21 days. The patient should not use sour things in food.

Abdominal pain:- If there is stomach pain due to any reason, mix 2 teaspoons of honey and half teaspoon of fennel oil in a glass of lemonade and drink it twice a day. During treatment, the patient should not eat gram flour. Or take a pinch of salt and half a teaspoon of fennel oil mixed with half a glass of lukewarm water, it ends stomachache. Or, mixing two spoons of honey and half spoon of fennel oil in one glass of seasonal juice and drinking it twice a day ends colic.

Hernia Problam:- Mixing 3 spoons of bitter gourd juice and half a spoonful of fennel oil, taking it on an empty stomach in the morning and at bedtime ends hernia.

Epileptic seizures :- Mixing 2 teaspoons of honey and half teaspoon of fennel oil in a cup of warm water and taking it thrice a day cures epileptic seizures. The patient of epilepsy should not be given cold things like guava, banana, cilantro etc.

Cancer disease :- Mixing half a teaspoon of fennel oil in a glass of grape juice and drinking it thrice a day cures cancer. It is also beneficial in colon cancer, blood cancer and throat cancer etc. In this disease, along with giving medicine to the patient, mixing 2 kg of wheat flour in one kg of barley flour, making its bread, porridge should be given to the patient. Potato, arbi and brinjal should not be consumed in this disease. Cancer patient should eat pudding by adding fennel seeds.

Teeth Problam:- Mixing 1 drop each of fennel oil and clove oil and applying it on the teeth and gums ends pain. Burning rock salt in the fire, grind it finely and clean the teeth by adding 2-4 drops of Kalonji oil to it. This keeps it clean and healthy.

Worms and hollowness in teeth:- By soaking cotton in black fennel oil while sleeping at night, keeping it in hollow teeth destroys worms.
