Usage: Soak Anandam’s High-Protein Khichdi for half an hour in five times water, then boil it in the same water along with a few drops of oil/ghee and add some rock salt, black pepper, dry ginger powder, dried pomegranate powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder (optional), and boil with a lid until it’s cooked properly.
No need to roast it. You may add vegetables to enhance its taste. You may saute veges separately to enhance their taste.
