Kulthi dal is most protein-rich lentil found on the planet. It has a low glycaemic index, so useful dietary supplement for obesity & diabetic patients. Its also an excellent source of carbohydrates, essential amino acids, iron, phosphorus, and vitamins such as carotene, thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, and vitamin C.
Usage:
Soak a quantity sufficient of Horse Gram overnight or at least two-three hours in water and boil them early morning with a cover or lid until it's cooked.
