We do not recommend cooking this milk; add it after switching off the flame to maintain its purity and benefits.
To Make Thin Coconut Milk
400ml of thick coconut milk can be diluted to make 2L of coconut milk with a lighter consistency, perfect for everyday use
Note:
Coconut milk may naturally separate into oil and water or solidify at or below 24°C. Stir well to restore its smooth, creamy consistency.
Storage Instructions:
Store in a cool, clean, and dry place (22-25°C) for optimal freshness. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight, heat, and oxidisers.
Shelf Life:
Best before 18 months from the manufacturing date, as long as it remains unopened. After opening, transfer it to an airtight container, refrigerate at or below 5°C and consume it within 3-4 days.
