यह योग Brihat Panchamoola (Bilva, Agnimantha, Shyonaka, Patala, Gambhari) और Laghu Panchamoola (Shalaparni, Prishniparni, Brihati, Kantakari, Gokshura) के संयोजन से तैयार किया जाता है, जो वात एवं कफ को संतुलित करते हैं तथा सूजन, दर्द एवं अवरोध को दूर करते हैं।
