How to Use:
For Direct Consumption or Boiling:
Take 1–2 teaspoons of the mix, eat directly or boil in milk for 2–3 minutes and drink along with the mix.
For Milk Extraction:
Take 3–4 teaspoons of Ragda and blend it in one cup of water or milk using a mixer grinder or traditional churner. Strain and drink the liquid only.
Usage Guidelines:
For Best Results regrind and restrain the leftover mix with some fresh water three to four times to extract the leftover milk properly.
Consume once a day, preferably in the morning or by afternoon.
Give half the quantity to children.
For sweetness, may use jaggery, sugar, desi khaand, or honey as per taste – if required.

The milky part of "Dry Fruit Ragda" after grinding & removing the leftover pulpy material is almost safe for hypertensive patients and pregnant women in moderate quantity.
Other people can take its pulp / mixture also. Ragda milk with mixture is a little bit heavy to digest and without leftover only milk part is easy to digest.
In Kapha and mucus, chew mixture directly rather than having its milk as its milk is coolant in potency, It's milk is coolant still can be taken during both summers and winters as its snigdha (oily) in potency so its safe in winters too.
