पथ्य : औषधि सेवन काल में गेहू, पुराने चावल, पोष्टिक भोजन, हरी सबिजया और फलों के सेवन से हितकर होता है।

अपथ्य : खटाई, तेल, गरम मसाला, बासी भोजन, पुरणार होर, चावल,
शराब, कोल्ड ड्रिक, चाय,
कॉफी, आइसक्रीम इत्यादि का सेवन नहीं करना चाहिए। 

Advise: Old rice, Healthy food. Green vegetables and fruits and fruits
be taken

Avoid: Smoking. Spicy food, Chillies, Cold drinks, Ice cream
Coffee Hing and Wine should be avoided during medication.
