संस्कृत श्लोक – नस्य औषधि का महत्त्व
“नासा ह्यायनं मुख्यं तेन नस्यं प्रशस्यते ।
नस्यं ह्येतन्मुखं नित्यं शुद्धं कुर्यात् सुखं च नृणाम्॥”
(Charaka Samhita – Sutra Sthana 5/56)
अर्थ :
नस्य (नाक द्वारा औषधि प्रयोग) से शीर्ष, गृवा और इन्द्रियों का संवर्धन होता है। अनु तेल इन अंगों के संतुलन और शुद्धि के लिए उत्तम योग माना गया है।

Anu Tail is a Tridosha-Shamaka Nasya Yoga that promotes harmony of the Shira (Head), Ghrana (Nose), Karna (Ears) and Netra (Eyes).

Suggested Use (उपयोग विधि)
2–3 drops in each nostril once or twice daily,
preferably in the morning after bathing, or as directed by the physician.
