औषधि सेवन काल में गेहू, पुराने चावल, पौष्टिक भोजन, हरी सब्जिया भी के सदन से हितकर होता है। अपथ्य खटाई, तेल, गरम मसाला, बासी भोजन, एकान हींग, चावल, शराब, कोल्ड ड्रिक, चाय, कॉफी, आइसक्रीम इत्यादि का सदन कई करना चाहिए।
