Ayurvedic Description
Dashmoolarishta is a classical fermented Arishta prepared from Dashamoola – the combined group of Brihat Panchamoola (Bilva, Agnimantha, Shyonaka, Patala, Gambhari) and Laghu Panchamoola (Shalaparni, Prishnaparni, Brihati, Kantakari, Gokshura).
It pacifies Vata–Kapha, strengthens Mamsa–Asthi–Majja Dhatus, improves Agni, reduces Aama, and promotes systemic vitality and post-fatigue recovery.
Prepared with gud (jaggery), Dhataki flowers, and supportive spices like cinnamon, tejpatra, nagkesar, and pippali, it enhances Srotas cleansing and nourishment.
It acts on Vatavaha, Manovaha, Mamsavaha, and Rasavaha Srotas.

Dose & Administration
15–30 ml with equal quantity of lukewarm water twice daily after meals, or as directed by an Ayurvedic physician.
