संस्कृत श्लोक – रत्न रसायन तत्त्व

“मुक्ता शीतला शुभ्रा च वृष्या बल्या मनोहरा ।
पित्तदाहप्रशमनी हृद्यं रक्तप्रसादनी शुभा ॥”
(Rasa Tarangini 23/2–3)

अर्थ:
मुक्ता (मोती) शीतल, शुभ्र, वृष्य, बल्य और मनोहर गुणों वाली औषधि है। यह पित्त, दाह, हृदय विकार और रक्त की अशुद्धियों को शमित कर शरीर को शांत और प्रसन्न करती है।

Classical Composition (परंपरागत संरचना)

Shodhana & Pishti Process (शोधन एवं पिष्टी निर्माण)

• Shuddha Moti (Pearl) is purified in Nimbu Swarasa or Kanjika as per Rasa Tarangini 23/5–7.

• It is then levigated (mardana) with Gulab Jal (Rose water) or Kamal Jal (Lotus water) continuously for several days until a smooth, white, cold, lustrous paste (Pishti) is formed.

• This process enhances bioavailability, cooling potency, and pitta-shamak properties.

Ayurvedic Perspective (आयुर्वेदिक दृष्टिकोण)

Mukta Pishti is one of Ayurveda’s most revered Ratna Rasayanas. It primarily pacifies Pitta Dosha and nourishes Hridaya (heart) and Manas (mind).
It is used as a Sheetal Balya in conditions involving internal heat, anxiety, and palpitation.

मुख्य आयुर्वेदिक लाभ:

• Pittashamak — शरीर की गर्मी, दाह, और अम्लपित्त का शमन।

• Hridya — हृदय को शीतलता व स्थिरता प्रदान करता है।

• Manas Balya — चिंता, घबराहट, और अनिद्रा में शांति देता है।

• Raktashodhak — रक्त की अशुद्धियों को दूर कर त्वचा को चमकदार बनाता है।

• Rasayana — ओज, बल और मानसिक प्रसन्नता को बढ़ाता है।

Modern Scientific Insights (आधुनिक दृष्टिकोण)

• Mukta Pishti contains natural calcium compounds (aragonite form) that support nerve relaxation and cardiac rhythm balance.

• Its nano-sized crystalline particles are easily absorbed and have cooling, anti-stress, and cardiotonic effects.

• Modern studies suggest benefits in acid-peptic conditions, anxiety neurosis, hypertension, and menopausal irritability.

• Traditional levigation with rose water adds mild aromatic and anxiolytic benefits.

Suggested Use (उपयोग विधि)

65 mg to 125 mg twice daily
with honey, milk, or rose water
or as directed by the physician.

• Avoid self-medication during pregnancy and lactation.
