Unjha Panchamrit Loha Guggulu is a time-honored Ayurvedic formulation combining Loha Bhasma (calcined iron) with a synergistic blend of Guggulu (Commiphora mukul) and other classical ingredients such as Triphala, Trikatu, and Shuddha Gandhak.
Prepared under AFI guidelines, it is traditionally valued for its deepana-pachana (digestive stimulant), rasayana (rejuvenative), and rakta-vardhak (blood-supportive) properties.
