How to Use?

Important Note: Please avoid adding Vegan Coconut Milk Powder to very hot dishes, as the healthy fats may convert to unhealthy fats. For best results, do not heat it at all. The recommended temperature of the dish before adding the powder should be 40°C or less.

How to Prepare

• Mix 3 tablespoons (18 grams) of coconut milk powder in 250ml of lukewarm water to prepare a thick Coconut Milk. To add to cold water, use a blender to ensure uniform mixing.
• Blend the Powdered Milk with a small quantity of water to prepare thick Coconut Cream, which contains no bad fat or unhealthy fatty acid. 

Quantity Prepared
One pack of 200g Satopradhan Vegan Coconut Milk Powder prepares 2.8 liters of thick Coconut Milk. 

Storage
Transfer the Coconut Mylk Powder to an airtight container & store it in the refrigerator to use it to prepare instant Coconut Milk when needed. Do not leave the pouch open. Formation of lumps is expected; please press the lumps lightly to powder them.

Shelf Life
Best before 6 months from the date of packaging if refrigerated in an airtight container.
