संस्कृत श्लोक – त्रिदोष शमन एवं रसायन तत्त्व

“वयस्तापकं रसायनं वीर्यं वृष्यं च दीपकम् ।
रसायनं च नित्यं च तदामलकमुच्यते ॥”
(Charaka Samhita – Chikitsa Sthana)

अर्थ :
आंवला (आमलकी) एक श्रेष्ठ रसायन है जो त्रिदोषों को शांत कर दीर्घायु, बल, ओज, पाचन शक्ति और दृष्टि प्रदान करता है।

Amla Churna एक श्रेष्ठ Rasayana, Tridosha-Shamak एवं Agnivardhak योग है। यह शरीर के सभी सप्तधातुओं को पोषण प्रदान कर बल, ओज और दीर्घायु में वृद्धि करता है।
आंवला मुख्यतः Pitta Shamak होने के साथ-साथ पाचन शक्ति को सुधारता है और रसायन क्रिया द्वारा शरीर के प्रत्येक अंग का पुनर्जीवन करता है।
यह नेत्रों, त्वचा, बालों और यकृत के लिए उत्तम पोषक है तथा दीर्घकालिक जठर विकार, अम्लपित्त, अल्सर, मूत्र विकार एवं रक्तदोष में उपयोगी है।
नियमित सेवन से शरीर में ऑक्सीडेटिव तनाव घटता है और रोग-प्रतिरोधक क्षमता में वृद्धि होती है।

Suggested Use (उपयोग विधि)

3 to 5 grams (approximately 1 teaspoon) twice daily
with honey or lukewarm water,
