Unjha Shothari Loha is a classical Ayurvedic preparation combining purified Loha Bhasma (calcined iron) with select herbs such as Triphala, Trikatu, Chitrak, and Guggulu.
Prepared using traditional AFI methods, it is valued for its deepana–pachana (digestive stimulant) and rasayana (rejuvenative) actions. This formulation supports healthy iron levels, promotes efficient metabolism, and aids in maintaining balanced fluid retention in body tissues.

Dosage & Administration
